Using the gradient approach

Let the gradient be #m->("change in "y)/("change in "x)#

#m=(750-48)/(5-2) = 702/3#

So for the given point ( I chose ) #(x,y)->(2,48)# we have

#702/3=(y-48)/(x-2)#

Cross multiply

#702(x-2)=3(y-48)#

#702x-1404=3y-144#

#3y=702x-1260#

#y=234x-420#
