Oxygen.

Explanation:

In the light reaction, the splitting of water occurs due to the oxidised Photosystem II. Whereas, the oxidised Photosystem I gets the electron from Photosystem II.

Water splits as following:

ATP produced from chemiosmotic hypothesis as well as NADPH2 produced in the light reaction go into the second stage i.e the Calvin cycle but not the oxygen molecule.
