Explanation:

Any time a number ends in an even digit, one of the factors must be 2. We also know that 2-digit multiples of 11 have the same two digits (11,22,33...etc.).
So if we divide 22 by 2 we get 11, and since 11 is a prime number (its only factors are 11 and 1), we know that 11 and 2 are the only factors other than 22 and 1, which is just 22 divided by 1.
