There are actually more than 3.

Explanation:

The only actively volcanic bodies in the solar system are Earth and Io (moon of Jupiter). There is proof that Mercury was volcanically active, but not for over a billion years. Mars and Venus are big question marks.

There is evidence that Mars was volcanically active within the last 2 million years, but scientist do not know exactly when it stopped or if in fact it hasn't stopped at all. Most scientist feel that Mars is volcanically active and are just waiting to see when a volcano will erupt.

Venus is much more likely to be volcanically active since it has more volcanoes than any other body in the solar system. There has yet to be any confirmed eruptions, although a few years back they did see something they though could be an eruption.

If you consider cryovolcanoes (eruptions of things like water or other non rock liquids) to be volcanoes then there are quite a few additional moons in the solar system that have these like Titan and Triton.
