The Young Plan was a replacement for Dawes Plan (1924) for German reparation which reduced the amount and terms of reparation costs for Germany following World War I.

Explanation:

The Young Plan (proposed in 1929 and adopted in 1930) reduced the payments expected of Germany as compensation for World War I. It was clear that Germany had no intent (or perhaps ability, given the stock market crash of 1929) to meet its original obligations as set out by the earlier Dawes Plan.

Despite the reductions proposed by the Young Plan, its unpopularity within Germany gave rise to Hitler's Nazi party (and other similar nationalist parties).
