Sequence of aminoaxids will change.

Explanation:

The nitrogen bases in triplet codes determine the amino acids sequence in proteins. The amino acids are arranged on according to the codes which are available in the mRNA. The mRNAs are transcriped on the DNA.
Any change in the code which indentfy different amino acids will be change the polypeptide chain. The codes are non-ambiguous and degerate.
