When a star day about 23 hours and 56 minutes, then in a month we got 30×4=120 minutes and in a year 120×12=1440 minutes Now in 4 years we got 1440×4=5760 minutes extra. But in a day there r only 1440 minutes...so why we hv a leap year in after 4 year?

A leap year has nothing to do with length of day.

Explanation:

The length of a day is how long it takes the Earth to spin on it's axis. However, the length of a year is how long it takes the Earth to revolve around the sun. Neither are dependent on the other in anyway.

We add a day every 4 years (except years divisible by 100 but not by 400, because the time it takes the Earth to orbit the sun is not 365 days it is 365.2422 days . The extra .2422 days times 4 years is .9688 days. The .0312 days is covered by not having a leap year at the turn of the century except centuries divisible by 400.
