When ATP is hydrolyzed to release energy, is this "energy" just heat?

Explanation:

ATP is just storing energy in the form of high energy phosphate bonds. When hydrolysed it can used for various purposes. Yeah, one is heat. But since muscle is the bulky organ in the body, ATP is used there to form Actin-Myosin cross bridges and hence movement. The other is liver, where a lot of anabolic reations happen that require ATP. And its used for a lot of other purposes too.
