When comparing the flow of lymph in the lymphatic system with the flow of blood in the circulatory system, can be said that the lymphatic system also contains fluid that travels in a closed circuit?

Yes , Lymph also travels inside Lymph vessels which are similar to our viens , but differ in the way that lymph vessels contains more Valves than viens.
Lymph after travelling through the lymph vessels , ultimately poured back into the blood.
