Direct relation between #x# & #y#, & #y=13.5# when #x=27#

Assuming linear #x# & #y# are in direct relation then we have

#y=kx#

Where, #k# is an arbitrary constant

Given that at #x=12#, #y=6# hence setting these values in above relation we get

#6=k(12)#

#k=1/2#

Hence, the direct relation between #x# & #y# is

#y=1/2x#

hence, setting #x=27# we get

#y=1/2(27)#

#y=13.5#
