Nucleolus is found in the nucleus and it helps in the production of proteins which are called ribosomes, and they are a combination of rRNA and proteins.
This tiny organelle makes proteins in protein synthesis.
Also, during transcription (a process where an mRNA is converted into a chain of polypeptides), takes place in the cytoplasm, and it helps make amino acids which will bind together in peptide bonds, and they are going to eventually link each other in chains forming polypeptides. A proteins is made up from one or more polypeptides.
