The endocrine glands are located throughout the body.

Explanation:

Hypothalamus is a part of the diencephalon of the brain. You can find this in a brain cut into equal left and right parts (sagittal section).

The pituitary gland is located inferior to the hypothalamus in the hypophyseal fossa of the sphenoid bone. It is attached to the hypothalamus by the infundibulum.

The pineal gland is in the epithalamus of the diencephalon.

The thyroid gland is a butterfly-shaped gland located in the neck. It wraps around the front and sides of the trachea.

The parathyroid glands are located on the posterior side of the thyroid.

The adrenal glands (suprarenal glands) are located on top of each kidney.

The pancreas is located posterior to the stomach.

The ovaries are located lateral to the uterus (one on each side).

The testes are located in the scrotum.
