Sperm goes from the epididymis to the vas deferens. The vas deferens in each testis connects to the ejaculatory duct, that then connects to the urethra where the sperm can be ejected.

The seminal vesicles surround the ejaculatory duct and secrete an alkaline fluid which neutralizes the acidic of the vagina. The prostate gland secretes enzymes and nutrients that cause the activation of the sperm and its mitochondria. The bulbourethral glands secrete mucous into the urethra that cleans out any remaining urinary deposits.
