Explanation:

Protein synthesis includes transcription and translation. Transcription occurs in the nucleus and produces the mRNA that will be translated by tRNA. Once a mRNA molecule is processed, it leaves the nucleus and attaches to ribosomes where it will be translated into a protein or polypeptide by tRNA molecules attached to amino acids.
