Bloodstream

Explanation:

The endocrine system releases hormones into the bloodstream so that they are able to go to the place for its effect to occur in.

Example, the pituitary gland releases FSH which travels through the blood to the ovaries so that eggs start to mature and begin stimulating the ovaries to produce oestrogen which inhibits FSH.
