Canis Major Dwarf Galaxy

The closest known galaxy is the Canis Major Dwarf Galaxy at about 25,000 light years away.

Then there is the Sagittarius Dwarf Galaxy at about 70,000 light years.

There are a number of other dwarf galaxies in our neighborhood going out to about 250,000 light years away.

The closest non-dwarf galaxy is the Andromeda Galaxy is about 2.53 million light years away. It is also on a collision course with the Milky Way Galaxy!
