I would use the exponential property

${b}^{x} \cdot {b}^{y} = {b}^{x + y}$

to simplify the numerator first.

$\frac{\left(2 {a}^{2} b {c}^{2}\right) \left(6 a b {c}^{3}\right)}{4 a {b}^{2} c} = \frac{12 {a}^{3} {b}^{2} {c}^{5}}{4 a {b}^{2} c}$
