Apocrine sweat gland.

Explanation:

Our skin has two types of exocrine glands : Sweat and sebaceous. The sweat glands are of two types : Merocrine and Apocrine. The apocrine sweat gland is present in the axillary, areolar and perianal region.

They are much larger in diameter than the merocrine sweat gland and open into hair follicle. They produce a viscous secretion. This is initially odorless. But as a result of bacterial decomposition it may acquire a distinctive odor.

This diagram shows glands of the skin. The distinctive difference between the size of apocrine and merocrine (small) sweat glands is appreciable.
