Well, at a guess I would say chlorine gas, i.e. Cl_2....

Explanation:

Why? Because dispersion forces INCREASES as the number of electrons increase in the molecule, and this gives rise to greater possible transient polarities.

But a chemist, a scientist, interrogates data, and we should inform our argument with evidence.

The "normal boiling point of methane" is -164 ""^@C.

"Carbon dioxide sublimes at" -78 ""^@C.

The "normal boiling point of chlorine" is -34.0 ""^@C.

And so we are not far off in our speculation.....
