The ribosome!
Explanation:
Hemoglobin is a protein. Ribosomes are structures found in the cytoplasm of cells that build proteins.
The information needed to build hemoglobin is stored in the form of a gene (DNA).
DNA is found in the nucleus of eukaryotic cells. So how can ribosomes which aren't in the nucleus use the information stored in the nucleus to build a protein?
The answer is that you need a middle man, which turns out to be a molecule called mRNA.
The DNA in the nucleus is used to make a mRNA molecule which can carry the genetic information from the nucleus to the ribosomes in the cytoplasm where proteins are made!
