Prefrontal cortex

Explanation:

Prefrontal cortex is that area of cerebrum which is located in front of frontal lobe of brain and consists of area 9,10,11&12.

They controls our humanic thoughts better say their presence makes us think like a human! And superstitious bilief is also some kind of similar thoughts arising from here!

In physiology they are termed as Orbitofrontal Cortex as they lie above the orbital plate of frontal bone.

In many cases blood supply is reduced to these regions,which forms the basis of OCD or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder where a person finds himself enthusiastic in performing meaningless rituals!
