The corpus callosum, which isn't part of the cerebellum at all.
Some spinal tracts decussate at the medulla, but again this isn't really "connecting" two hemispheres directly.

If you're actually referring to the cerebellar hemispheres (which are neuroanatomically less popular), they are continuous with each other. To be sure, there is no "structure" connecting them.
