Which type of mountains form little with deformation?

Probably volcanos.

Explanation:

Volcanos generally form from magma welling up from the Earth which then breaks through to the surface (but not always).

These kinds of mountains have very little deformation and tend to build up in layer upon layer of eruptive material.

Once a volcanic eruption is over, the magma chamber can cool and collapse leading to a caldera, which does have more deformation to it. Wizard lake in the U.S. is an example. See pic.
