Only mammalian red blood cells are without nucleus

Explanation:

All cells that divide have nucleus. Mammalian red blood cells are non dividing. When enters circulation their nucleus is lost. This saves space. The shape of red blood cells is reduced. Smaller shape can travel through capillaries better. Most of the capillaries are so narrow that red blood cells travel in a line.
