Explanation:

Most of the tribes that invaded the WRE (Visigoths, Ostrogoths, Vandals etc.) Were all great migrators that were seeking homes. Seeing how the WRE was reeling and no longer was as powerful as it once was, they decided to settle there which led to their plundering of lots of cities and killing of Romans.
