Suppose we were asked to find the volume of a balloon

we will use the function of volume for a balloon

$v \left(b a l l o n\right) =$4/3 pi r^3

we know radius is 3

$\frac{4}{3} \cdot \pi {3}^{3}$

$4 \pi \cdot 9$

$36 \pi$

Hence there several functions which are much more complex than this.
