Why does boiling saltwater remove salt from water?

Water's boiling point is much lower than salt's boiling point.

Explanation:

Saltwater is essentially made up of salt and water (I know there may be other substances, but let's just focus on these two.) The boiling point of water is 100 C, while the boiling point of salt is 1413 C. When we boil saltwater, the temperature of the saltwater is usually above 100 C and below 1413 C. Because of this, only the water will evaporate. The salt will remain.
