  1. The Archaea have more complex RNA polymerases compared to the Bacteria. This character is similar to the Eucarya. The cell wall of Archaea lack peptidoglycans.
  2. They have different membrane lipids compared to bacteria and eukarya.
  3. Spore formation is absent in the Archaea. Although, the bacteria produce spores. Thank
