Explanation:

This is due to green house effect caused by presence of carbon di oxide in the atmosphere of Venus..The heat from Sun enters the Venus atmosphere but the reflected infra red rays could not escape due to the effect of green house gases..This causes heat to be trapped in the atmosphere and temperature increases...enter image source here
