Proofreading is very very important.

It helps you to find your mistakes or grammar errors. These are:

  • punctuations
  • spelling
  • sentence structure
  • word usage
  • formatting
  • repetition

Even you may remember something that you forgot to include while you are proofreading it. You may find incomplete sentences, paragraphs and unnecessary words/texts.

If you get rid of all these errors your writing becomes clear and understandable. Also creates a flowing.

For students, these are the things that examiners assess them on. Even though the content is perfect, they may lose marks on these. Therefore, your writing must be free of these errors to get an #A# or #A^+# grade.
