Explanation:

The thing that contributes to an element's reactivity is its valence electrons.

Since isotopes of elements are just same elements but with only different amount of neutrons, they will not contribute to an element's reactivity, since there are no change in amounts of electrons.

So, isotopes will have similar, if not identical chemical reactions with its natural elements.
