You add 55 grams of #KClO_3# to 60 grams of water that is at 90°C. How much water must you add to perfectly dissolve all of the #KClO_3#?
You have quoted no solubility data....
And potassium chlorate is a species that readily supersaturates....i.e. it is a substance that can exist in solution at GREATER than equilibrium quantities....I am willing to bet that it will all go up....but the question is unsound.
