The short answer is no; 100% is the maximum possible yield.

Percent yield is based on the actual yield of reaction product compared with a calculated theoretical maximum possible yield. Normally, the percent yield is at least a little bit less than 100% due to losses, side reactions and incomplete reactions. Occasionally a person might get a yield that appears to be slightly more than 100% but this is usually due to undetected impurities in the product or inaccuracies in the measurements of masses of the reactants.
