The pH = -log[H+]. In this question the molar concentration is
2.05 x10- 5.

pH = -log[ 2.05 x 10-5]
pH= 4.688.

Strong acids, like HCl, ionizes completely.

HCl <--> H+ + Cl-

Since there is a 1 to 1 stoichiometric ratio between the acid and the hydrogen ion concentration, the concentration of the hydrogen ion is the same as the HCl concentration.

I hope that this is helpful.
