What are some examples of organisms in the phylum arthropoda?

1 Answer

Arthropods are an incredibly diverse, successful group of invertebrate animals that includes insects, crustaceans, and arachnids (and a few other less well known groups).

So that means arthropods include all beetles, mosquitoes, ants, flies, stick bugs, etc. Those are all insects.

Crustaceans include crabs, lobsters, shrimp, barnacles, and more.

Arachnids are spiders, scorpions, ticks, and more.
