How do invertebrate chordates move?

Invertebrate chordates mainly includes 2 sub-phylum's -
1) Urochordata
2)Cephalochordata

In case of Urochordata , let's take an example of one of it's most studied species called Herdmania .

Now after seeing the picture you should be able to understand that it is a sessile organism as it's foot is embedded in sand i.e it lives attached to a substratum (sand here ) hence can't move .

For Cephalochordata , the example we'll consider is Branchiostoma often called Amphioxus . This is a marine form of species and hence water current or flow of water decides its movement .
