The partial pressure of propane is 0.018 Atm.

The partial pressure exerted by a gas is equal to the total pressure x the mole fraction of that gas.

The mole fraction of the gas is equal to the number of moles of that gas divided by the total number of moles of gas in the mixture.

Total moles = 8.24 + 0.421 + 0.116 = 8.77 mol

The mole fraction of propane is therefore 0.116/8.77 = 0.132

So the partial pressure of propane = 1.37 x 0.132 = 0.018 Atm.

We can do a check by working out the partial pressures of the other gases to see if they add up to 1.37 Atm:

Partial pressure of methane = (8.24/8.77) x 1.37 = 1.286 Atm

Partial pressure of ethane = (0.421/8.77) x 1.37 = 0.657 Atm

So total pressure = sum of partial pressures =0.018 +1.286 + 0.0657 = 1.37 Atm.

So that adds up ok.
