No. Light bends away from the normal in that case.


When a wave crosses a boundary between media and slows down it bends toward the normal. If it speeds up it bends away from the normal.

Light travels slower in media with larger density (e.g. water or glass compared to air or a vacuum). So as it moves from glass to air the angle of refraction will be greater than the angle of incidence.
