Osmotic pressure is the maximum limit of turgor pressure that can be developed in a cell.
Turgor pressure (T.P.) is the actual pressure that is developed in a cell at a particular time and its value changes with time.
Osmotic pressure is the maximum pressure that can be developed in a cell at particular given conditions. It has constant value for that particular cell under the same conditions.
