There would be many billions if not trillions of bacteria covering your tongue.
Exactly what do you mean by "cross your digestive tract"? Do you mean how many would go from the mouth through the digestive tract?
Actually none would survive the passage through the stomach. It has a pH of 1.
The ones found in the digestive tact below the stomach are there because they were passed to you when you where born.
