With a graphing calculator or a computer program.

The line of best fit is most easily found by using a program such as MATLAB, Mathematica, Logger Pro, Excel, or even your graphing calculator. I can't quite explain how to do it on your graphing calculator, but here's a great PDF.

Of course, you could always eyeball it. I wrote an answer on how to do this here.
