So a logarithm is basically a function that allows you to answer the question, to what power must I raise this number to get that number?
Just like in the following diagram:
So you have the number (2/3), you have the power (3), and you have the desired result (8/27). Now, all you need to do is rearrange it according to the diagram.
You should end up with:
