It depends.

Lone pairs will push the bonds farther away because the electrons in the LP and bonds will be nearer. The closer the electrons are in the LP to the electrons that make up the bonds, the farther the electrons will be pushed away making the bond angle larger.

This question is vague because it depends entirely on the molecular shape of the molecule. Each geometry will carry a different angle for the LP.
