Sodium fluoride would be NaF, calcium fluoride would be CaF_2CaF2.

Sodium has an oxidation number of Na^+Na+ and fluorine is F^-F for a neutral compound of NaF.

Calcium has an oxidation number of 2+ while fluorine has an oxidation of 1-, so two atoms of fluorine are needed to neutralize the 2+ charge on calcium.

In terms of bond, they would both be ionic compounds, so they do not differ in that regard.
