The answer is:

Rememebering the formula, that gives the equation of a line, given a point and a slope:

#y-y_p=m(x-x_p)#.

So:

#y-1=-2/3(x-2)rArry=-2/3x+4/3+1rArr#

#y=-2/3x+7/3#.

The y-intercept is #7/3#.

For the x-intercepet we have to solve the system:

#y=-2/3x+7/3#

#y=0#.

So:

#0=-2/3x+7/3rArr2/3x=7/3rArrx=7/3*3/2=7/2=3.5#.
