Well, Amana probably I am wrong but I thought this:
From Einstein's relationship you get the energy: #E=h*nu# where #nu# is the frequency and #h# is Plank's Constant.
In a mole you have an Avogadro's number #N_A# of elements so you get:
#E=h*nu=h*c/lambda=(6.63xx10^-34)*(3xx10^8)/(2.49xx10^-14)=7.98xx10^-12J~=8.0xx10^-12J#

If #N_A=6.023xx10^23# number of elements/mol
I got #8.0xx10^-12*6.023xx10^23=4.8xx10^12 (kJ)/(mol)#

Check it because I am not completely sure! :-)
