I think it refers to the various units used to indicate pressure:
Atmosphere (Atm) is the most common while Pascal (Pa) is used in science because it refers to physically meaningful quantities such as Newtons/meters squared. Psi (pounds per square inch) is used in Anglo-Saxon traditional countries and mmHg or inHg are prevalently used by meteorologists to detect slight variations in atmospheric pressure.

The idea of the question is for you to convert units.
I would suggest you to change all in Pascals and see which one gives you the highest value.
