I presume that the reaction is

Step 1. Calculate #K_"p"#

From the ICE table, we see that #x = 0.030#.

So #P_"N₂" = 2x = "0.060 atm"#

#K_"p" = (P_"CO₂"P_"N₂"^2)/(P_"N₂O"^2) = (0.030 × 0.060^2)/1.48^2 = 4.93 × 10^-5#

Step 2. Calculate #ΔG^°#.
