Emission Spectrum is the result of the re-emission of radiation previously absorbed by a molecule (and recorded using some optical arrangement, a spectrometer).

An example of this kind of emission spectra can be obtained observing the emission spectrum from hot car exhausts (using an FTIR Spectrometer):
