UPDATE: We found a bug that has prevented "your question has been answered!" emails from being sent. We're looking into this now and it should be fixed soon!

Hi Arun! Hmm, this sounds frustrating.

Can you tell me a bit more about what's going on? A few questions:

  • When you say you "continuously receive spam" of earlier emails, which emails do you mean? Can you add a screenshot into this answer of the emails that feel like spam to you?
  • Are there certain emails you don't want to receive from Socratic? If so, which ones? You can adjust your email settings from the drop-down under your name on the top-right
  • It sounds like you are not getting emails when you ask a question and it's been answered—is that right?

Knowing all this will help me figure out what's going on!
